What does a verified-purchase label on a review tell me?

Avoid dismissing every unbadged comment without considering its actual content. Check whether the platform explains the limits of its verification.

What should I check in an order confirmation?

Check the recorded quantity against your intention. Use the confirmation as a record to verify, not merely as a notification to dismiss.

What should I expect when contacting support outside its published hours?

Look for published exceptions such as a temporary closure notice. Do not assume a deadline is extended because support is closed.
